Set on our private 80-acre vineyard with sweeping South Downs views, it’s a place to slow down and savour the moment.

Unwind by the log burner, soak in the roll-top bath or refresh under the rainfall shower. The bedroom opens onto a private balcony overlooking the vines, with gardens leading straight onto the estate’s farmland, lakes and walking trails.

Dog-friendly pubs and the village of Selborne are a short stroll away, making it an easy escape for walkers, fresh air and unhurried days.
