TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Otium One Members must be over 18 years of age.
Payment is taken annually, on the anniversary of the membership start date.
Upon joining, members will be sent a welcome pack – including a bottle of Delinquent Rosé and Otium Sparkling Rosé.
The Annual Estate Allocation of twelve bottles (6 x still, 6 x sparkling) will be delivered in February and September.
Wines will be sent to the address provided when you signed up. If you need to change your address please contact us on concierge@otiumwineestate.com - Please note we can only deliver to the UK Mainland.
Preferred pricing across the Otium wine collection will be a 15% discount. Members will receive details in their welcome information pack. This Membership discount cannot be used in conjunction with any other online or Cellar Door discounts, offers or deals which are periodically available on our website or at the estate.
Priority access to new releases will be issued via email.
Invitations to exclusive member experiences will be issued via email. If members cannot attend the given dates, there is no compensation for this.
The complimentary private vineyard tour and guided tasting for up to four guests each year cannot be rolled over to a second year.
2 x guest places at our annual Harvest Reception - If members cannot attend the given dates, there is no compensation for this. Harvest events are always depending on harvest and weather conditions, and may be subject to cancellation.
Member rates on our luxury accommodation are offered based on availability. Priority booking and a seasonal welcome gift can be arranged via concierge@otiumwineestate.com .
Annual membership fee may change in the future. Members will be given due warning if the price changes.
