After work, rest

A hidden gem, just up the hill from the quaint village of Selborne, our 80-acre estate blends picturesque woodlands, wetlands, and lush farmland. Enriched by ancient sandstone soils, our vineyards are the ideal home for growing exceptional fruit for creating premium sparkling wines.

Our journey began in 2020, when we traded London’s hustle for opportunity to create a business for our young family, to be passed down to future generations.

Having adopted a farm, untouched for decades, we’ve reimagined historic outbuildings into charming cottages and cozy shepherd huts, creating peaceful havens where you can escape the everyday.  Whether it’s wandering through the vines, savoring a picnic surrounded by nature, or simply unwinding with a good book and a glass of wine, you’ll find a moment to pause and reconnect with what truly matters.

Making traditional method sparkling wine is a patient craft—our first bottle will take six to seven years from vine to glass.
We set about the challenge by planting seven blocks of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Meunier vines.
We hope to offer our first wines in late 2026!  We promise it will be worth the wait!

Whether you're after a romantic retreat, a peaceful getaway, or a chance to recharge amidst nature, we’re ready to welcome you.  Experience the serene beauty of the South Downs and leave feeling refreshed, inspired, and part of something truly special. We look forward to sharing our little corner of paradise with you.
